As referenced in our Overview of Services and in the below diagram, G2 provides three products that utilize one or more of our nine services. This section explains each product and how they satisfy mHealth market demands.
We’re excited to announce two new products (Alpha and Gamma) that were created from the ground-up, specifically for mHealth organizations.
The release of these products represent a significant paradigm shift in the G2 business model. In the past, we were usually retained for “one-off” consulting projects. Under this scenario, our diverse consulting services were combined to form a single client “product”. Typically, we were retained, dug down deep, satisfied project requirements – presented our findings, then faded back into the cyber-mist from whence we came. The problem with our original approach was we had inadequate time to form a strong collaborative business relationship. In essence, we were the respected “worker-bee”. This was all well and good, but G2 now believes we should have our cake and eat it too while creating a win-win with clients. How? By maintaining our original consulting product and adding two options that meet both our desire for long-term relationships (Annual Subscriptions) and help put out some of your urgent fires (Executive Staffing)!
