You have a lot of services, what is your specialty or strength?

As a sole proprietorship, the services we list are all personally provided by Joseph. Given this fact, our list of nine services isn’t generic as we perform every one with great skill. Because we are an analytics firm, our analytical services are certainly a specialty. G2 is particularly strong in strategy development as well.

Are you planning on adding new services?

No, not at this time. We feel out “toolbox” of services adequately address nearly every mHealth business need. Though we’re open to considering new services if the need arises. Should you have any thoughts on this matter, please contact us to discuss.

How do you determine which services to provide?

The combination of services rendered are a function of your stated need and our initial analysis. We’re always happy to accommodate client wishes, but often we’re able to more accurately determine your service mix due to our objective stance. If it seems your organization requires a number of G2 services, we may have to conduct a “needs analysis” to ascertain the optimal combination of G2 services or which product may best satisfy your business goals.

Do I get a say in what services you utilize on my project?

Yes, of course you have a vote. Often, the work we conduct is determined by an open dialog and a collective compromise. In fact, the more you understand G2 services, the better your ability to match these to your business requirements. This saves you time and consulting expense (and makes us look good)! Now do you know why this website is so detailed?

Are any of your services particularly important in mHealth?

The sophistication of mHealth organizations vary from fledgling start-ups to well established blue-chip organizations that recently launched mHealth products. Hence, G2 services vary with a number of factors. It’s therefore hard to say which G2 services will be applicable to your organization. But this we know…our G2 mHealth Challenge promotion is the best way of taking the pulse of your strategy. And since an initial 16 hour evaluation is provided pro bono, this is clearly the best method of determining which services we should provide if you were to become a client. In order words, think of the G2 Challenge as a way of testing the proverbial mHealth waters. i.e., Kick the “G2 tire” and see if you’d like to buy the “car”.
