This section highlights Joseph’s notable academic and post graduate laurels.
With thirteen college scholarship offers for athletics and academics while in High School, Joseph finally accepted a full scholarship to Temple University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in Health Science Education. While at Temple, Joseph was a Researcher at both the American Health Association and The University of Pennsylvania Medical School. After his Baccalaureate, he attended the prestigious Wharton Executive (Healthcare) MBA program and later transferred to Yale School of Medicine where he enrolled in a dual Masters program in Epidemiology and Hospital Administration with Yale business school. At Yale, Joseph was named as a prestigious Harvard Healthcare Management Fellow, where he conducted Thesis research. He was also the Yale Assistant Varsity Gymnastic Coach (to an undefeated Ivy League Championship Team), a Yale-New Haven Hospital Research Associate and a Class Officer. Post graduate, Joseph was simultaneously the President of both the Yale Alumni Club and the Ivy League Association, a management board over all Ivy alumni and Seven Sister School clubs. In his free time, he was also the California Delegate to the Yale Board and eventually became the first administrator (and board member) of the Yale Medical School based relief group: REMEDY.
